POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

1. PAYMENT - Cash, check, or gift certificates issued by Michelle's Natural Alternatives,LLC will be accepted. Michelle also accepts Cash App,credit cards & Pay Pal. Credit Cards have a $3 transaction fee. Payment is expected at time of service.

2. APPOINTMENTS - Please make appointments in advance if possible to help ensure availability. However, I will try to accommodate you on short notice if there is an opening.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY - Please provide 24 hour notice if possible for all cancellations.

4. LATE ARRIVAL - If you arrive late, your session may be cut short due to other scheduled appointments, but the full price of the session will be charged.

5. FORMS - All health intake and consent forms must be filled out prior to your first session.

6. MEDICAL CONDITIONS - The client must keep the therapist informed of any changes in their health.

7. ARRIVAL - Feel welcome to use the bathroom before your appointment if needed.

8. ENVIRONMENT - Smoking, alcohol and profanity are NOT permitted on the premises.

9. GRATUITIES - Gratuities are appreciated but not expected. The best compliment you can give is to refer me to your friends and family.

10. GIFT CERTIFICATES - Your gift certificate must be presented at time of service to be honored.

11. CLOTHING - During a massage clients are ask to keep their underwear on. Otherwise you may undress to your comfort level.

12. DRAPING - Modest draping will be used & genitals are not exposed during the session.

13. HARASSMENT - This is a non-sexual massage/reflexology session, etc. and sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

14. ILLNESS - Please reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, flu, covid, open sores, skin rashes, lice or other contagious conditions.

15. CONTRAINDICATIONS - Please reschedule if a condition develops like blood clots, etc. that would be contraindicated to your session until the condition subsides. You may be asked to bring a doctor's release form stating you may receive treatment. Being pregnant is a contraindication until the second trimester. Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol would be a contraindication.

16. CLEANLINESS - Every effort is made to have a clean room for your therapy. Example: chairs, lotions, oils, etc. are disinfected between clients!
